After our Master Class on Jan 8, 2023, will be offering an opportunity to join our group Blood Sugar Reset program. We will offer an in person and virtual option (except for the first visit for the application of the monitor).
This program includes the following:

Two continuous glucose monitors - (CGM) for 4 weeks. That means you'll have 24/7 blood sugar monitoring for 30 days.

Step by step guidance on how to set up your CGM with your phone app. And the application of the CGM to your arm on the first visit.

Connecting and syncing your CGM results with Dr Tammy and Cindy for guidance.

Weekly support, goal setting, education, and behavior modifications.
